These terms apply when you shop at Petourpaw (petourpaw.com). By placing an order you agree to them.

The store

Petourpaw sells indoor pet accessories for cats and small dogs. Products are not medical devices and are not a substitute for veterinary care.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after you pay, we refund the original payment method.

Payment

Checkout is processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

Shipping and returns

Delivery, timing, and 30-day returns are described in our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, scrape it in a way that harms the store, or submit false order information.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Petourpaw is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the products or the site. Some states do not allow these limits.
