Shipping policy

Petourpaw ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.

Cost

Standard shipping is free at checkout on items we sell. Some products may also offer Express for an extra fee if it appears at checkout.

If you are shipping to the EU, a flat $3.80 customs duty is added per order (effective June 24, 2026). This is a duty, not a shipping charge. Orders to the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia do not add this duty.

Timing

Orders are packed by our fulfillment partner. Typical delivery is 8–12 days after we send the order to fulfillment. Tracking is emailed when a carrier scan exists. Weekends, holidays, remote addresses, and customs checks can add time.

Address

We ship to the address on the order. If the address is wrong, email support@petourpaw.com as soon as you can. Once a label is created we may not be able to redirect the package.

Issues

Lost, stalled, or damaged shipments: email us with the order number. We will check tracking and replace or refund when the carrier confirms a problem.
